[DX11] Grav-Walk

Description
A gravity generating catwalk system consisting of 9 blocks:

- Single Railing
- Double Railing
- No Railing
- Corner
- Ramp
- Railing (non gravity generating)
- Terminal
- Slope
- Large Ramp (1x2)

Originally designed for efficient generation of gravity fields, this system has a variety of different applications.

Survival Ready and Recolor-able

Gravity Fields need to be set manually. Optimal Field Setting for efficient use is 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 meters. Additional field height may be desired. (4m is usually fine)


Known Issues:
- Render issue with the Lights at high Graphics settings.
- Gravity field is offset on some blocks due to the models shape.
- Texture bleeding (purple lines on edges) at long distances and low angles.
- Ramps need an adjacent piece to properly connect to the level above it.

how do you show the gravity field on your pictures, if i tick he option ingame it does nothing, be it in survival or creative

@Rhedd Probably not. I got kids man! Honestly thogh it would still retain all the extraneouse texture information from the other 75% of the catwalk, so it would be pretty inefficient. Plus this took way longer than expected and im glad to be done with it. There are some other mod packs that still have some good railings on them. Eikesters Decorations and more - Part Iis a good one.

@Der Professor That was pretty much the initial idea but the API apparently dosent allow for altering the field generation specifics. You'll just have to alter the values mannually, and deal with a little spill off.

The Idea in gernerall is not bad.
I would make them not like a gravitiy generator.
But a gravity path field with a range wich covers only the block and a meter or two above itself.

In combination with removing the gravity generator itself we would get a more realistic envoirment. Since you could explain the gravitation with magnetic force. (between the platform and the boots or artifactial masses. )

Here's a lame request... Any chance in heck of getting a pack with those railings separated from the floor block, so you can use them on their own?
