Introduction
Hello! Welcome to my first guide!

This guide will be very simple and straight to the point. Each section is its respective house flipper 1 DLC with the new area name following.

First achievements listed will be the unmissables followed by the secret and 'difficult' achievements that actually require effort.

Please feel free to ctrl+f to find any specific achievements!
Base Game (North Levyville)
Unmissable

First Money:
This achievement is unmissable, just complete your first job/level

Strongman
You will most likely get this achievement on the 'Garage Goals' level trying to get the dirt underneath it. Just pick up the car and move it.

Perfectionist
This is awarded for completing every single level from every area in the game. You will eventually get this, if like most of us, when going for the full completion.

Secrets/Miscellaneous

Knock Knock
Smack your sledgehammer on the front door of the 'Hucksters House'
Thank you @Linzombie666 for the clarification

Car Mechanic
Hit a car with your sledgehammer

Do It ASAP
Level up your 'Quick Jobs' skill to max and complete the 'cleaning the garage' job as fast as possible

Negotiator
Firstly set your currency to Euros to make things easier, make sure your negotiation skill is max, purchase, negotiate and sell the 'Alone Home' house

Millionaire
After selling all the houses in the game you can buy and sell each property as many times as you want. Keep buying the 'House that hides something' and selling the painting in the basement and the property for some nice profit over and over again. Make sure your game is in euros so you know how far you are away from your goal

@Linzombie666 Has since stated this has been patched, by the time you have finished all these jobs and achievements you will have close to the goal so selling a property repeatedly you can clean and fix fast can net you the difference fast

Selling Houses

This sub-section will cover the buyers you have to sell houses to. I recommend waiting to do these after you have completed all the levels as you will need money to buy houses.

Game Over
This is for selling every house from the property browser, and you should get the achievements below whilst aiming to complete this.

Alpha Male
Buy the "House that is hiding something" but don't clean it. Sell the bed in the bedroom, buy a big double bed, put a TV with speakers in the bedroom as well. Buy a TV for the kitchen/dinning/living room, in the basement sell the expensive stuff that is hidden, build a gym in the basement and add a lot of stuff from the "sports" tab, and finally build a pool outside.

I'm a Belieber
Buy the "Coast Cottage" clean up all the trash, sell everything but the stuff in the bedroom downstairs and the bathroom with the bathtub. Place a piano and instruments on the top floor except the room where the kitchen was in half with one side being a Sauna & the other full of Cat items, and finally place linen closets in the old bathroom where the bottom floor bedroom is.

Geek
Purchase the 'Abandoned House', clean the property and destroy all walls to make one big room. Place toys and everything you need to create a children's bedroom.

Worth Every Penny
For Donald Tusk, buy and then immediately sell the "Many Generations" house

Artistic Soul
Buy room 404, clean and sell it.

Wall Street Shark
For Jack Tarinton, I bought the open plot in the Winter area, built a house for about 200k and put an expensive large door in. Then sold as is for a 500k profit

Mr Mystery
Buy the "boring house" but don't clean it. Buy gym equipment for the basement, put a 2nd bed is the bedroom, buy a chestboard for the living room, and then add a TV in every room besides the bedroom.

Pro-Creative

Delete all the furniture in the largest bedroom and then put 2 double beds, Put a desk in all 3 bedrooms and the living room, put a the kids table and chairs in the kids room and the living room, add a TV in the living, add a kid's play structure in the backyard, and then remove one or both of the bathrooms.

Coast Cottage is just,,, not in the for purchase list? I've never sold the house before

Super EASY way to get "Family Man"
Buy the "Semi-Detatched House" The Smoth Family should already be at the top of the buyer list. Sell immediately (you will lose money), or clean the trash and dirt to make a slight profit. No need to edit rooms!

Bolek

Many thanks! That’s exactly how it worked for me—finally. I just installed the radiator and cleared away a bit of trash. 63% was enough.

For "Do it ASAP", I suggest turning off Before / After in the settings, for this causes the image captures to take precious time even after completing. I got the achievement in the first mission. Installation mode can be set to Easy. (And I even got 100 percent on the job)
Aug 3 @ 5:34pm
It seems like for "Do it ASAP", I had to be on normal installation instead of easy? That finally triggered it.
Aug 3 @ 6:40am
For "Do it ASAP", restart the first job, mount the radiator and immediately finish.
Aug 2 @ 10:06pm
I achieved Family Man much more easily. I bought the semi-detached home, picked up all trash, cleaned all messes (but not windows) and then sold as-is.

I can't get the Do it ASAP one, though. In the original, it was finish any job in under a minute, but that doesn't trigger it in Remastered. I've re-done the garage job as fast as I can to 100% multiple times as well, no achievement.

Also, easiest way to earn lots of cash is to buy vacant lots, clear them, build the biggest structure you can, a full 3 stories high, and sell. You don't need to add doors or stairs or anything at all.
Aug 1 @ 7:41pm
You can sell the Alone Home for a +50k eu negotiation if you add in the fully equipped achievement items. You'll be able to two achievements at once. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3776036578
