⚠️ Important Price Notice:
Due to the gorgeous, massive tree in the yard, the initial price of this lot might be a bit expensive! If your starter characters can't afford it yet, don't worry—you can easily use a money cheat to place it:

1. Press Ctrl + F1 in-game to open the cheat console.
2. Type setmoney [amount] (e.g., give yourself enough money to purchase the lot).
3. Once the house is placed, you can use the setmoney cheat again to revert your funds back to your original balance!

Love this coastal, boho style! Can you please make 2 bedroom version (exact same xD) but with a nursery or kids room option? I'd love to have a family on this specific beach lot but need more space ♥

Hey guys! Since someone asked about the lot size and where to place this house, I’ve updated the gallery with a handy guide image to show you the perfect spot!

This house fits best on the empty lot right by the beach. To make it look perfect, just follow the steps in the preview picture:

1.Clear all trees, rocks & grass on the lot first.
2.Place the house.
3.Re-green the lawn!

⚠️ Quick heads-up on the price: The total cost is insanely high because of one single tree that somehow costs 900,000?! I have no idea why the game priced it that way lol. If you don't mind, you can just use a money cheat to place the house, and then adjust your funds back afterward!
