You better post your questions at forum, this section seems more related to the guide itself:

How can I change the citizen operators from one structure to another?
If I recycle the post building, are the assigned operators lost?

ok thanks I'm starting to get the hang of it.
If I already did the one to change the game to Spanish, but for example if you press f1 in the game the summary of keys is all in English.
although with better tutorials it would be better.

@HICKS.D. You can play game in Spanish, remember you need to restart game. Regarding your question on influence points, there is a resource panel you can access after pressing F2 with all the info.

When I am going to build a building he puts me aside from the necessary materials such as some green construction points, the case is that I do not know where to look how many I have, and how to get them, but now I have the city that I cannot build anything, because I do not have those green points, they are next to a gear wheel in each building, some cost more or less green points or points of something else that now I do not remember.
This is translated by google, because I am Spanish, and I do not understand English. That by the way, the game is missing many things to translate into Spanish.

And another thing, what are the super engineers used for, at the moment I bought the super engineer and I don't know how to use it.

@Warderner - It appears that you can upgrade your colony in the expansion menu, slightly to the right of the top left corner. It requires a certain amount of neutral influence, which can be made by your main corporate office.

Hi ejaksetic, you are welcome.
Remember you have access to the resource chain in game by pressing F2.

Thanks for the schematic view. It's more helpful than plain text because it provides a visual perspective that is easy to understand.
