As envisioned by the author, they lived in the same era in the world of Faerûn and met upon the Wyrm’s Crossing — in that suspended moment when fate had not yet revealed its cards, and the future itself seemed to hold its breath before the decisive roll.

This is a story about trust.
About co-creation.
About understanding born in silence — without vows or loud declarations.
