Description
A scouting party of ours came across a deceased ADVENT patrol. They usually recover their dead very shortly after expiration, so this must've been recent. We're talking less than 2 hours, here.

Upon closer inspection of the bodies, they notice something peculiar. Thorns. Several thousands of them. Covered head-to-toe in prickles like an acupuncture session gone horribly wrong.

No bullet wounds, no slash marks, no bites. Like they had relations with a cacti and died from the exposure. Before any conclusion can be drawn, some loud rustling is heard in the nearby foliage.

The guns are readied in record time, taking aim at the disturbance. A shadowy stickman-esque figure is seen moving in the shadows. It's coming right for them, albeit slowly.

If this thing was a threat it would've attacked already. "Hands up, no sudden movements!" the team lead shouts. It does so as it moves out of the darkness, revealing it's true form to the squad.

...A cactus. It's a walking, intelligent cactus. Well, that explains the dead aliens, at least. A few clicks to the west is a known bio-engineering facility, and it's likely where our new friend escaped from.

We have a cactus on our team, now. I would've been more surprised by this, but after being in this game for so long, i'm numb to the absurdity. I may as well be dreaming.

Speaking of sleeping, i'll be at the bar. Don't forget to water him.

Fully modular man-cactus, and should work with any body parts you give them... for the most part. Since the main body is quite skinny, a lot of gear pieces will leave empty space between the cacti and the part itself.

However, you can just have them suit up to make up for that. Their necks + arms + legs are XCOM compliant and should be able to work with most torso pieces.

They can wear most hats and helmets a human can, more-or-less. Their heads are smaller than the XCOM busts, so you'll see mixed results with this. They have their own little cacti flower they can wear, as a treat.

Their bodies are colorable with Hair Color, and the head flower with Secondary Armor.

INCLUDES:
-- Cactus (M/F - 1 Head - 1 Helmet - 1 Torso - 1 L+R Arm - 1 Legs)

REQUIREMENTS / SUGGESTIONS:
-- Community Highlander - REQUIRED for the head to work without crashing.

-- All Armour Avenger - SEMI-REQUIRED because without this, they'll use the default human crew uniform when spawned on the Avenger, which'll look stupid.

-- One Million Colours - Greater color control.

KNOWN ISSUES:
-- None. Probably. Hopefully.

CREDITS:
-- Firaxis' Level Artists - Cactus prop taken from XCOM 2's files, turned anthropomorphic and given a body building regimen by me.

Nice work Max. Downloaded and immediately created him as a dark VIP. I Figured that he may as well join the invading army of pricks, considering his nature.
