Joshua-Boo-Boos Give Res Mod

Includes a GUI openable by using the command !giveres in all chat, sh_giveres in the console and a key settable via one's Mods menu.

Open the GUI and then as a:

Marine:

Click an entry representing a player with a green background and click Give Res to give 5 p-res using a 1:1 ratio and put the recipient marine on cooldown for 30 seconds.

Click Give Commander Res when the button has a green background to convert 20 p-res to 4 t-res and put the team on cooldown for 30 seconds.

and Aliens:

The same process applies for giving p-res to other players.

Aliens cannot give p-res for t-res.

Requires Shine to work.

The values can all be controlled via !grconfig or sh_grconfig by either Shine admins (players with sh_adminmenu permission in the UserConfig.json file) or players with the Shine command sh_grconfig if sh_adminmenu does not give permission.
