Auxiliary passenger coach MCi-43

Description
MCi-43

Built during World War II by the Deutsche Reichsbahn from covered freight wagons (type G) to compensate for a shortage of passenger cars. Initially used for troop, refugee, evacuation, and medical transport, later adapted for civilian use after the war. Many remained in service with DB and DR for local passenger, school, and worker trains, some refitted with benches, stoves, and gangways. A typical makeshift coach still seen in regional traffic into the 1960s.

yeah @Blast Hardcheese these were intended as a cheap option for the civilian market. The ones you're thinking of weren't even converted freight cars, they just /were/ freight cars.

yea..but ofc not this kind of evacuation. The other ones used for what u are reffering to were not even converted.

I know we're all enlightened individuals here, but I have to confess: A mod for a German WW2 freight wagon converted to "evacuate" people made me cringe just a little bit.

It looks really good. It's perfect for my time period, as I won't be able to go to the present day until TP3 starts. Thank you for the wonderful mod.
