You must play the current April Beta of EFS to be able to play this version of Hyperion. We expect the April Beta of EFS to be released on or before May 7th, 2026.

There's going to be an update coming soon (on or before May 4th, 2026) with Hyperion where some of the units got moved around as well as added support for nested cargo.

The unit movements will only affect those players who are into WW2 tech and beyond. There will be no crashing issues, but you may find certain units you possess changed to a different type of unit. As I mentioned previously, I try to avoid this, but sometimes I cannot foresee the new units I'm going to create and I'm trying to maintain some type of order in the UNIT.DAT file with respect to adding units in the Map Editor.

You can always stay on your current version of Hyperion instead of updating, by turning the sync option off, then back on later or you can download previous versions on the Hyperion GitHub page to maintain your current Hyperion Data Set until you start a new game.

If you are skimming too much Tithe, then you can cause Religious Rebellions, regardless of your loyalty. I'm guessing that's what's happening. This is probably something worth posting in the regular Steam EFS Forums for more help - good luck!

this is probably the wrong place to ask but i cant seem to stop rebellion. I have 70 % loyalty and no one is fighting but anywhere from 1 to 15 of my units rebels like every turn. I am still very early. many of the rebels don't even seem to be my troops

This MOD is still in development and I really need help with finishing unit artwork.

If you are interested in helping complete artwork please let me know.

Since there is still a lot of work to be done with finishing the Unit Trees, there is still the possibility that there may be some minor changes where units are moved / replaced.

Please be patient as I work on completing the MOD to about 80% complete by the end of 2026.

With that said, the MOD is very playable and will provide countless replay value.

Also, if someone wants to help with updating old Hyperion Galaxy Maps or making new ones, please let me know.

Thanks for trying out my MOD!
