But now that I've expanded a little with more than 2 skipgates on the same map I've noticed -as seen in the link- the pawns will skip through the first screenshot's gate, to arrive AAAll the way on the other side of the map's skipgate in the second picture (bottom left), and then congregate next to the billard table, seen in the third picture, to meditate at a statue seen in the first picure (top right).
You can see the "target line" of the selected pawn in picture 3, travelling all the way over, in picture 2, to the statue in the gravship in picture 1.

I expect this to be, because of the most recent Performance update of this mod.
As well as the hauling stuff already mentioned, where they just kind of telekinetically grab ♥♥♥♥ through a skipdoor.
I'd rather have predictable, expected behavior of not using them at all than this RNG weirdness.
- not all pawns will path through the skipgate when drafted. Bulk of them do, but commanding 12 pawns at a time doesn't seem to work. Recommanding them fixes it.
- pawns will get stuck in a loop traveling from one skipgate to the other. teleport to one end and walk the path back to the skipgate it just went in. Drafting and undrafting fixes it.
