A complete list of all Digi-Eggs in the Time Stranger. These special evolution items unlock some seriously powerful forms like Magnamon and Flamedramon, but the crafting materials are scattered across both worlds.

Digi-Eggs, How to Craft, and Digivolutions

Digi-Eggs are permanent key items that enable Armor Digivolution for specific Rookie-level Digimon. Think of them as evolution catalysts. Once you craft one and add it to your inventory, it stays there forever. You don't consume it when using it to digivolve, which is nice because you can use the same egg multiple times across different playthroughs or team configurations.

But getting them isn't free. Every single Digi-Egg requires 10,000 Yen plus specific crafting materials. The materials vary wildly. Some need basic collection items like Fluid Animation Data or Tree Models that you'll pick up naturally while exploring. Others demand skill discs like Iron Slash I or Wolkenapalm I, which you can either buy from vendors or obtain by leveling specific Digimon to learn them as Attachment Skills.

The real pain comes from the rare materials. Immortal Eggs are required for both the Digi-Egg of Miracles and Digi-Egg of Destiny, and you can only get two throughout the entire game unless you farm Digitamamon, which has an incredibly low spawn rate during random encounters. Same deal with Digi-Jewels. You need three for the Miracles egg, and while they show up at collection points occasionally, the drop rate is frustratingly low.

The skill discs are probably where you'll hit the most snags. Vendors like the In-Between Theater and Gawappamon stock most of them, but their inventory changes after certain story events. Iron Slash I, for example, shows up at the In-Between Theater for 1,500 Yen, but if you progress too far without buying it, that vendor might get locked out temporarily. Your backup plan is always leveling the right Digimon. Hagurumon learns Iron Slash I at level 10, which isn't too bad. Just make sure you equip it as an Attachment before trying to craft.

Materials like Fluid Animation Data spawn at collection points in the Abyss Area, while Tree Models are all over Gear Forest. Crystalline Structure Models appear north of the Abyss village and also in Gear Forest. Brown Textures are exclusive to the Human World, so if you didn't stock up during your first visit to Shinjuku, you'll have to wait until the story lets you return. That can be a long wait depending on where you are in the campaign.

The Digi-Egg of Miracles and Digi-Egg of Destiny both need an Immortal Egg. You get your first one from Nanimon in the Factorial Area during a side quest called "Hidden Honey Base Strikes Back" in Gear Forest. The second comes from "Encounters Beyond Space-Time" quest, which unlocks near the end of the game. There's technically a third way to get them through Digitamamon drops, but that enemy appears so rarely during battles that you shouldn't count on it. Choose wisely between Magnamon and Rapidmon (Armor) unless you're willing to farm endlessly.

Where to Craft Digi-Eggs

Digi-Eggs only become available after you complete the Factorial Town section of the main story. This area is the third major zone you'll visit, and it's overseen by Volcanusmon, one of the Olympos XII. You can't miss him. Big fire guy, lots of presence.

During the "Incoming Conflict" main mission, you'll fight Volcanusmon as a boss encounter. After you beat him, return to the bottom of Factorial Town. There's an elevator near the entrance that takes you straight down to his arena. Instead of fighting you again, he's set up shop and offers crafting services. This is where you'll forge every Digi-Egg in the game.

Later in the story, Volcanusmon steps away from his post. When that happens, a Guardromon (Gold) takes over his duties in the same location. The crafting menu stays identical regardless of which NPC you're talking to, so don't worry about losing access to anything.

One thing to note: skill discs like Wolkenapalm I or Holy Light I can be removed from your Digimon if they're already equipped. You don't need to buy duplicates. Just unequip the skill from your team member, use it for crafting, then re-equip it if you need it back. Saves you some Yen in the long run.

Optional Trainer Helpers (Use Responsibly)

If you're struggling with materials or just want to speed through the Digi-Egg grind, there are a couple of trainers that can help:

Can Always Digivolve (Player Mods) - This trainer removes all evolution requirements, letting you digivolve into Armor forms without needing the actual Digi-Eggs. Obviously breaks the intended progression, but it's there if you want it.
Unlimited Items (Inventory Mods) - Items won't decrease when you use them, which means you can craft Digi-Eggs without consuming your materials. Handy if you're trying to experiment with different Armor evolutions without committing resources.
