Description

A collection of 50+ spells, 15+ perks, special wands, new items and enemies; each can be individually toggled on or off through the mod settings.

Things you could be doing with this mod:
- Sacrificing immunity perks for crazy firepower
- Racing to the next Holy Mountain for wealth and glory
- Racing to the next Holy Mountain because you injected something questionable
- Risking your life to gain max health with a short-range drain spell
- Hitting quickscope collaterals with Snipuhiisi's sniper bolt
- Blasting worms with the infamous banana bomb
- Overclocking your wand, only for it to explode in your face
- Turning yourself into a projectile?!

...and much more!

⚠️ Note: not all of this mod's content is showcased on this page. To see everything and in more detail, be sure to check out this mod's section on the Noita wiki[noita.wiki.gg]

SPELL HIGHLIGHTS

Sniper Bolt (With Trigger)

Pretty much the same as Snipuhiisi’s projectile.
Penetrates all enemies it encounters in a straight line.
Super satisfying to use.

Its low fire rate makes accuracy very important; not ideal against small/fast enemies.

Giga Drain

Causes organic creatures to spawn healing bubbles that last a few seconds.
If it kills a creature, pink bubbles are spawned that increase max health.

By default, the spell is slow and expensive to use, and can only be used at melee range.
Using it on a trigger is advised, but you do need to pick up the bubbles fast.

Super Banana Bomb

Especially strong against worms.
(not really)

Projectile Morph

Experimental modifier that turns you into a projectile!
Use at your own risk.

Glass Shard

Deals minimal damage at first, but a big chunk of damage after 1 second.
Shards may then chain to other enemies - or yourself.

Disintegration Ray

Utterly obliterates anything in its path.
Extremely high damage and digging potential; extremely high mana drain rate.

Overclock

Modifier that pushes your wand's fire rate to its limits, but gives it a chance to overheat.
Overheat chance is higher when mana is low.

Bolt Catcher

High-risk, high-reward "parry" spell that converts enemy projectiles into health.

Unstable Nucleus

Stays alive as long as you hold the fire button.
Mana fuels it to become more and more powerful.

Fixed Altitude

Passive spell that resets your vertical velocity while firing.
A rapidfire wand will effectively make you hover in the air.

Summon Concrete Wall

Summons a concrete wall in front of you.
A more brittle, but also more permanent version of the regular Summon Wall spell.

Controlled Reach

Makes projectiles expire when they reach the cursor.
The shorter the travel distance, the higher your fire rate.

PERK HIGHLIGHTS

Artisan

Lets you sacrifice one or both Holy Mountain pickups to upgrade your wands.

Master Of Fire

Makes your projectiles ignite everything and everyone they touch.
Burning enemies take more damage and spread the flames further.
Being on fire grants mobility and increased fire damage.

Only works if you are NOT immune to fire.

Master Of Bombs

Your explosions can destroy stronger materials.
Only works if you are NOT immune to explosions.

Time Trial

The gods challenge you to a race.
Reach the next Holy Mountain within 60 seconds to be greatly rewarded.
Obtain a random Curse if you lose.

Repel Gold (curse)

One example of a Curse.
Does what it says on the tin.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

Ancient Lurker

Found deep within the Lukki Lair, this boss will test your aerial positioning and levitation management skills. Better bring a teleport bolt!

Emergency Injection

A dubious mixture of healthium and some pitch-black liquid.
Instantly restores all health, but obviously, there is a catch...

Used automatically when you fall below 5% health. (can be changed/disabled in mod settings)

Cursed Chest

Open it for a blessing (a powerful wand + choice between 3 perks) and a Curse.

Staff of Glass

Very powerful, but will break and drop all spells when you take direct damage from an enemy.

A guaranteed reward from the Glass Heart perk.

Staff of Time

Left-click to teleport towards your cursor.
Middle-click to teleport directly on top of your cursor.
Right-click to teleport back to where you last jumped.

A guaranteed reward from the Time Trial perk.

CROSS-MOD COMPATIBILITY

Apotheosis
Compatible! Additionally, this mod has some content that requires Apotheosis to work. If you want to enable that content, be sure to place Apotheosis above this mod in your mod list.

If Apotheosis is not enabled, the aforementioned content will simply be disabled.

❓️ Entangled Worlds
Seemed to work alright a couple months ago, though so many new content has been added since that more testing is required.

FINAL NOTES

This mod will probably be updated every now and then, with balance tweaks and more new content.

I've tried making everything feel as natural within the world of Noita as possible, and as balanced as I could with only my own two eyes. If you notice something is too strong, too weak, too common, too rare etc, please let me know!

Also feel free to think along and share your suggestions with me. For example, I'd like the "Master Of" perks to feel a bit more special than just another perk you can find in every Holy Mountain, so maybe you know of a cool way to unlock them?

Is it intended that shields interact with the pink bubbles from giga drain? It's making it nearly impossible to collect them :/

@ban6631, hmmm no, that shouldn't happen :J7 will be fixed on the next patch

The Coral Chest has also become a cursed chest. is this intentional?

I obtained it from the mountain alter through the box in Graham's Things, and I was able to complete it after passing the Holy Mountain on the first floor and reaching the Holy Mountain on the second floor.

@ban6631 where did you find the perk exactly?

if it's in the HM right before Temple of the Arts: the Laboratory does count as a HM for Time Trial, so you should be able to complete the challenge.

if it's in the Laboratory: both Time Trial and Glass Heart should be special-cased to reroll to another perk if they appear in the lab or outside of a HM...

I found the Time Trial after visiting all the Holy Mountains in that world. Does this mean I won't be able to complete the challenge?

@YasumeHanhu, are you in the Noita discord server? if so, could you send me your full logger.txt file? I have the same name in that server as on here.

@ban6631, that's a good point. I wasn't entirely sure about that curse to begin with, paired with your feedback I'll look to improve it (or maybe just remove it entirely). for now, I've released a patch to let you obtain the Disintegration Ray if you have one or more curses disabled - though you'll still need to open at least 10 cursed chests.

I have a question. I can tolerate all the other curses, but I don't like Fragile Heart because it imposes a permanent penalty on melee combat or risk-taking gameplay, so I want to lock this curse. If I do this, will I be unable to unlock Disintegration Ray?

Thank you for solving the problem!

Why couldn't I think of that method? Thank you for letting me know!

hey @ban6631, thanks for reaching out!

after some digging in the chest's logic, I see where it went wrong in your scenario. I've just released a patch to fix it, though sadly it won't change anything for your current run (unless you spawn Curse Hunter in through something like cheatgui).

as for the Staff of Loyalty's first step: the Hiisi may know how to repair a wand, but that's not the only tool in their belt
