Description
Why this mod?
I really like this game. I have already played 2.000 hours and still love this game. But even the best game has its flaws. So, when I notice something that is weird, wrong, or just could be better, I make it perfect.

Why is it called Rage and Fire?
Because these were the first really weird things I noticed.
On rage: In the vanilla version, only Orcs can rage. When they go berserk, they deal double melee damage and take only half damage. Well, the first part seems ok. You are really really angry, you hit your foes harder, ok. But when you are really really angry, you dont care much about your defense, so you will take more damage, not less. So I made it deal double damage, take 1,5 damage. At the moment the rage lasts 3 minutes (before 1 min), and Nords and Dunmer and Orcs have this power.
On fire: In vanilla, a fire mage apprentice is deadlier than the fire breath of the (all)mighty dovahkiin. Even against enemies with a weakness to fire this shout is in its vanilla version a waste of a shout. I made it so that you feel like a dragon when you use this shout. You are as deadly as you should be, as deadly as a powerful fire mage with only a few exceptions (Ahzidal, Faralda, Neloth).

What about the other changes?

Because steam gave me German version because I live in Germany. And I made this mod in the first place for German players. Sorry.

Well yeah I mean it was obvious to me from the very beginning that there will be some people who will not like this mod.

Still, my goal is to make the game feel as realistic as possible. For me, and for everyone willing to try the mod. So I am always open for suggestions what should be changed.
Just post concerning what and I will think about it.

Bretons literally have the most useless powers anyways. As Michael said, YOU CAN GET THEM FROM A STANDING STONE. Most of the other powers you can only achieve late game, and you still need to do specific things to get some of them. Disbalanced the armours? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GOING ON ABOUT!? Light and Heavy should NOT be the same, or even any where close to it, in terms of defense. You are also wrong with glass being better than iron. No matter how you craft glass, it breaks when hit. HOW IS THAT GOOD DEFENSE!? Even if you put the glass on a steel/iron backing, the glass breaks on hit. The glass doesnt save your ass, its the metal that does.

Lore-wise, Alan, please tell me where it says people CANNOT learn the shouts. Greybeards say it takes a long time, yes. Even years for one full power shout. But guess what? I can almost guarantee NONE of these people are by any means young. Considering its a Nord historical thing to know shouts, why would some Nords NOT learn a shout or two? Hell, why wouldnt people who know of the shouts existance not learn one? No one is "not supposed" to know any shouts. Dunmer and Bosmer, Lore-wise, have always been said to have better vision at night. So how is giving them a perk they always whould have had breaking lore? If anything NOT giving them that power is breaking lore.
