Introduction

Thunder Emissary: Complete the game in 30 minutes or less!

Don't not read until you've completed the game, you've been warned!
I'm sure there will be many people who will run 10x faster than me but this is for those not-so-great at speed running but still want to 100% the game.

My Thunder Emissary run that got me the achievement:
(Note: You do not need to talk to the little bug in the Haunted Mansion to get the filer, I did because I wasn't sure if this was a requirement to complete the game)

Good-to-knows
  • Save at camp to unlock the fast travel for each location.
  • All locations are somewhat relative to each other in location. If you've attempted this achievement, you will notice a pattern. The secret garden is near the rat and below Beba's house, the Haunted Mansion is near the fishing hole with Otto and the Batwoman cave, etc.
  • Credits to mochi_catt: The three golem parts are always in the same location:
    1. By the spring where you get water for the secret garden
    2. By the smoking golem near the rat and the dark room
    3. By the golem temple
Pathing strategy
1) Talk to Ribbit to get your 1st drill.


2) Go to the secret garden and she will ask you to get the water. (You can tell if she's near if you hear barking, her location is also past Beba's house).


3) Go to the spring, you will be able to hear running water when you're close. Ribbit gives you mapping and water. Before you leave, get the 1st golem part above the spring. If you can, might not be near: find the 2nd piece which is by the smoking golem near the rat and the dark room.

4) Go back to secret garden and complete the quest to get the bouquet.


5) Talk to Beba until she sends you into the dungeon. Enter the first door to get the wall jump shoes and go back through the door you came from.


6) Take the diary and leave.


7) Dig until you find the golem temple which should be a triangle. Save at camp after talking with Ribbit. Before you leave get the last piece which should be right above the campfire!


8) Go back up to the surface and talk to Remulus to get the 2nd drill.


9) Teleport back to the Haunted Mansion. Save at the campfire. There are 2 red spots on the map, the deeper one is the Batwoman cave. Go inside and talk to Batwoman and leave.


10) Go to the left cave next to her cave.


11) After cutscene, head back to Haunted Mansion and play the piano.


12) Complete the cave puzzle with the bug lanterns. Don't forget to get this orb before leaving the cave.


13) Teleport to the golem temple and complete building him and go to the Haunted Mansion to trigger Ribbit going to the snake house to get Rena's music box back (You can do this in any order).


14) Go the Snake's house and gamble.
  • If you lose against him, this will slow down your time.
  • Keep an eye on the die and make sure your die are always rigged!


15) Find the lab with the number 1 on it and solve the 3 puzzles. (This should be located near the snake's house or the tavern)


16) Start digging all the way down towards the left until you see an elevator.


17) Go in the elevator and head upwards (you can use mochi_catts boost skip or just take it the slow way like I did after I failed 3 attempts LOL)


18) Head left to talk to the rat and go inside, you will witness Remulus going to jail.


19) Before you head right, go inside the door next to the campfire and grab the keycard.


20) Head right, past the campfire and save Remulus with the jump quest!


21) After Remulus gives you drill 3, you're at the end!!


22) Quickly fall all the way down to the first drill elevator and drill towards the right, you will be met with the janitor which is an ending of the game.


You will not always take this exact route. Sometimes, it is better to go to a location you know vs searching to find one that you don't. What matters is what's most efficient for your world that is spawned. Good luck!
