Description
If you've ever found a mod you've liked except for one little part of it, this mod allows you to selectively remove content. It works by pseudo-removing the definitions, meaning they remain in the game so as not to cause in errors, but all references to them are cut so they do not show up anywhere.

would be super cool to have a button to save/load a profile, indeed. also, it would be a super cool feature to detect new mods and provide picking options for these new mods right after loading.

Shame you can't save settings/profiles eg. one for medieval playthrough, one for spacer playthrough...
