Blood on walls REWORKED

Description
Adds blood on walls when a creature is shot, blown up, etc. Automatically changes colour to the creature's blood colour.

I edited code of this mod so there is no spawnable in entities tab and it is no longer suspicious.

yeah so when i spawn a human from 2 mm it bleeds on the wall from the fall
