The Spartan model from Halo:Combat Evolved as a player model

This addon includes a Master Chief/campaign colored variant as well as all 18 multiplayer armor colored Spartans and they all have view model arms that match their armor color

Check if you have "mat_specular" on 0, I suggest turning it back on for models like these.
If it's not that, then it's either the map you're using, or your graphics
