小石をゴミ箱に2個ずつ捨てたことに

Description
ゴミ箱を小石を2個ずつ捨てた場合、毎回1枚のエコポを獲得できますが、それ以上多く捨てた場合でも、エコポの枚数はあまり増えません。
このModを導入すると、小石を捨てた場合のみ、個数/2のエコポを獲得できるようになります。
