Multiplayer Campaigns:
This mod WORKS in multiplayer campaigns
BUT if you are playing this mod in Multiplayer Campaigns turn the Mod Configuration Tool OFF
If you still encounter problems in multiplayer with MCT turned off, that means you are propably encountering a conflict with some different mod. Or are having problems which stem from different mod load orders/mod versions.

Mod Description

This mod adds a fully playable campaign race of 🦀Crustaceans🦀 to the game.
Featuring:
  • 7 Major Playable factions (each with their own legendary lord and unique campaign mechanics)
  • 4 Minor factions
  • 3 Generic Lords
  • 3 Generic Hero types
  • 30 Units
  • 3 Legendary Heroes

Factions can be individually enabled or disabled by using the Mod Configuration Tool (MCT)

This mod has built in suppot for the following mods:

If you hate sieges I recommend playing with my Siege Remover mod, works for all vanilla and modded factions including this one.

Known Issues/FAQ:

If you want me to answer any of your other questions, go to the discord linked above, you have a way higher chance of getting a reply as I don't reply to steam comments often. (allthou I do read them)

  • For topics related to mod compatibility check the pinned Mod Compatibility Thread
  • The game sometimes stutters for a few frames when loading back in from manual battles, I am not sure what causes this, I'll fix it when I find the cause.
  • The game sometimes has audio errors in battles with many crustacean units, i don't know what the cause is, I'll fix it when I find it.
  • The resource buildings all have the same generic names and descriptions (I may get around to it at some point, but I really don't feel like it right now XD)

Having a player choose a Crustacean Nation faction will cause other players not to get the starting questline or Path to Glory (At least not I didn't while playing Aislinn). We had Unlocker and Crustacean Nation as our only mods at the time.

@GrumpyBadger, you should get a quest to conquer marienburg as all crab lords, this is part of the Queen Crab legendary hero questline.
Aside from that Tidelord has a unique quest to conquer Wei-Jin which allows him to teleport back to marienburg and meet up with king crab to ally/confederate/conquer him

wow! there look like no bug. thanks update. Finally able to wake load. Lost Calm mod don't conflict. today, I have not been seen problem . I'm very very happy.

volume and almost balance amazing mod!!! want to use always. but now Lizardmen do 'rite of awaking' ,can't push end turn (subscribe mod are mixu and Crustacean Nation only). I hope this problem gets resolved someday.
