White Elm Variations

Here are three variations on MrMaison's glorious European White Elm, created with his blessing. These smaller versions make great street trees, and this set will allow me to better represent the Berlin "trees-from-data" in my upcoming Berlin 2025 map. The differences are as follows:

MrMaison original White Elm: 20.5-30.75m tall (4,104 tris)

1. White Elm regular: same model (4,104 tris), scaled to 17-24m range, thickened LOD
2. White Elm medium: reduced tris model (3,422 tris), scaled to 10-16m, thickened LOD
3. White Elm small: heavily pared-down model (2,889 tris), scaled to 5-9m, thickened LOD
