Description

An Otherworldly Force, Shroob, invades the fray in Rivals! Submission for the (from Mario) jam.

SPECIAL MOVES

Neutral Special: Blazing Fireball
After briefly setting itself on fire, Shroob then takes the flames and fires them forward as a steady projectile.

Forward Special: Shroopa Shell
Another projectile. This one is affected by gravity and hits harder than the fireball, but has less range.

Up Special: Shroob Saucer
Shroob retreats into its saucer, allowing free movement for a quick moment.

Down Special: Burrowing Dive
Diving underground to protect against attacks, Shroob travels forward and pops up with a claw extended upward. You can pop out earlier than the set time, but cancelling into the attacking portion early results in a stronger sweetspot hitbox being negated.

sick character, i just wish that he had moves that don't all send upwards

like, make his fstrong less laggy and send sideways, give it more kill power. same with fair, it's a strong move already and it should hit forwards instead.

his best move is shroopa shell because it's a really good projectile and outside of that and uair he just lacks kill power

if he had more kill power and had move of his moves hit anywhere other than upwards to give his combos more consistency he'd kick ass as a character but he's... pretty underpowered

great character tho :)
