This technique is a grappling technique used by Sophia in Toshinden 2.
Due to the nature of the technique, it may seem like you're grabbing exactly what part of the opponent she's grabbing, but don't worry about it.

is there a way to make a variant that is looping the slaps like a non submission hold ?
