I think you're right about Schleswig Air Base being too far albeit the area of operations is reachable using the F-4F Phantom II. These a/c were forward deployed to Schleswig from Wittmundhafen AB for Baltic sea operations, in this era before Poland and the Baltic states were in NATO.
There might be a bug with the mission editor saving group names as Schleswig AB should be named on the map.
A polite critique? The Yarnell is the Leahy '68 configuration...which she certainly was not in in 1990. Not sure if you used that for balance...but I would suggest putting in an 80s or NTU Leahy, and increasing the OPFOR for balance if necessary.
Also...F4Es at the airbase, and the airbase in general, may as well not be there as the a/c lack the range to support the TF.
Overall though...great scenario...really enjoyed it. Well done.
