Adds the Haitian Civilization to Brave New World, with Toussaint Louverture as its leader!

Haiti is the Mother of Revolutions, the first independent country in Latin-America, and the first succesful slave revolt that actually led to the creation of a new country, and the first to actually abolish slavery through its constitution. The influence of Voodoo in the revolution is remarkable, as it allowed the slaves to keep their own unique identity, making Haiti a unique place among the Caribbean. Ingame, this makes her a powerful Religion-Revolution civilization, focused on using religion to facilitate conquest and earn Golden Ages
Haiti Civilization
  • Leader: Toussaint Louverture
  • UA: Mother of Revolutions: +1 Faith from plantations. Enemy cities that follow your religion are set as Occupied and grant you Golden Age Points. Adopting new Social Policies during Golden Ages requires less Culture.
  • UU: Mawon: Replacement for Musketman. Receive a combat bonus against cities when next to enemy Occupied cities. After defeating an enemy unit, the enemy has a chance of joining your side.
  • UU: Houngan Replacement for Missionary, receives the Medic promotion and suffers no effects from attrition.

Also problems with the Production Popup here, in combination with Haiti and one of many other mods... can't figure it out with the files in Incompatibility. Too bad, because I love the artwork, UU, UA and music.

I know this mod probably isn't being updated anymore, but Toussaint acts very strangely as an AI. Through a declaration of friendship, he denounced me. He didn't say "I've decided to tell the other leaders blah blah blah" as a normal 'hey fuck you guy I just denounced you' message. He said, "We've been over this before and the answer is still no." as if I'd asked him to help me fight a war he wanted nothing to do with. Then I noticed...he'd denounced EVERY SINGLE KNOWN CIVILIZATION IN THE SAME TURN.

This bug is potentially a huge problem in singleplayer for anyone using the mod reasons that don't even need explaining; hopefully if this is a recurring problem that other players have had with the Haiti mod, you could address it if you ever patch this particular mod again. Might be an isolated incident, but I'm letting you know just in case

I was enjoying this very much but there is a major bug with Events & Decisions. At some point you get a message "Independence!", which is supposed to give you 4 missionaries. Instead of the 4 missionaries, I received 4 settlers. Hope you can fix this. I liked your concept.
