Description
FORMERLY KNOWN AS: Expanded Tech Mod

- Adds 17 new power bloc principle groups adapted from the superpower mod
- Adds 16 new independent tech progressions, in the military, production, and society areas.
- Adds new eras until the 1990s, so you’ll always have a tech to invest in until well after 1936.
- Adds nine new midgame tech unlockable companies.

Each tech progression has ten levels, with no dependencies on tech outside their own trees once started. Many of the progressions will allow you address specific resource groups, allowing you to reduce the impact of underproduced resources in your economy.

COMPATIBILITY: Power Blocs Expanded may have issues. If so, load V3X first. Otherwise, this mod makes no changes to existing tech, so it should be fine to add with virtually any other mods that do not make changes to power blocs. The only exception I know of is that while it will work with BR, it is not designed for it.

FUTURE Plans: additional institutions and laws supporting further integration of power bloc principal groups

Speaking of principle groups, I think this mod needs to be updated so that the external trade principle works properly, on account of the whole 1.9 world trade rework. Currently it gives no bonuses outside of just unlocking the better PM for trade centers.

i feel like the principle group upgrades should do something else so nations outside of blocs can still benefit from the techs

I'm wondering, why does the government tech increase dividend reinvestment? It can easily reach very high numbers, and it makes command economies bleed money because they don't use private construction.
