Не должно. Квестовых персонажей там нет (которые должны будут быть), сюжетные триггеры не запускаются.

Исследовать можно, локация полноценная, есть база с торговцем и техником. И билетик на фасттрэвел.

В общем, Припять, как Припять.

Да, перемахнуть через вагон только. Можно попасть в Припять и сделать точку фасттрэвела.
