2-4 Soviet Submarines were detected approaching the Davis Strait on a course for the Hudson Strait, we currently have 1 Surface Action Group in the region and an Anit-Submarine Group. The likelihood is high that these Soviet Vessels intend to illegally transit the Hudson Strait following the Northwestern Passage incident and therefor you have been placed in command of the situation.

The Prime Minister and President are counting on you for a swift resolution, it is believed one vessel may be a ballistic submarine.

There is the _info.ini file missing in your mod, so it shows up as a number in the mod manager. Also there seems to be the thumbnail image of your other scenario inside it.
