Bejewelled Dagger easy access from Caravans for Cathay

Bejewelled Dagger is awarded upon your first completed caravan to Gisoreux.

Bejewelled Dagger is an Arcane Item that offers 25% ward save.
In vanilla, There is a chance it is randomly awarded when you complete a caravan.

Some players go multiple campaigns without seeing it, others get it by turn 20, seems a shame for such a powerful item to go so underappreciated.
Replaces the rather underwhelming reward, Mantle of Damsel Elena, which in turn takes the Bejewelled Daggers place in the random awards table.

Gisoreux is the longest journey a caravan can undertake at 10 turns, so this mod is as balanced as I could make it.

Will be overwritten if you use other cravan mods (EG: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3347027369 ) that edit the same script, I recommend using this mod early, get the dagger, then deactivate it in favour of other, grander caravan mods.
