Description
Welcome to Basin City!
The biggest city within the Isidis Basin.

This map is made up of many new and old structures I have created put together to create a large and well detailed city. Also, this map is intended for exploration as I added tons of small details that are easy to miss, and since there are many builds that would be useless in survival.

Fun facts about this map:

1. a version of this city was used as a spawn for a server
2. the S4EC Factory and Two Vehicle Garage are actually a
repurposed faction base that I designed
3. many of the vehicles in the Junkyard were made for other maps
I helped out with and played on
4. the Police Station was actually modeled after some AI
generated art using the prompt "semi futuristic police station
with a helicopter landing pad on Mars"
5. the Antenna Tower has the most iterations because of how
hard it was to find out how radio towers are painted and how the
lights are laid out

This is so cool, might use it as a starting point, a new playthrough rags to riches kind of gameplay theme when the new patch drops in a few hours.

That is one masterful piece of art. How long did it take to make this fine looking city if I may ask? If I would dare to do such a large project, I'd be doing it for something like 3 or 4 months, or so... provided I don't lose interest midway.^^

question, what it the cockpit and section in the scrapyard from? there isn't a name on them an would like to use the full thing in a another world

you know nothing is final because updates will keep showing up and more cool stuff you will want to add.
