This is the fictional CyberBully for the BattleBots Contest!!!

Cyberbully is obviously poking fun at the famous Tesla Cybertruck and the brick rigs community as a whole. It is also a bully in the fact that it slows down any spinner weapons, since they dont have any time to spin up again, which is because it flips them so much.
