这个mod是不是会让工厂不吃战略轰炸啊，我大力丸mod做的超级战轰炸了几天然后关掉FOW一看，发现对面工厂还是满的

也发现了AI的上限会慢慢变多，也不知道是不是和新tag国家出现的检测有关

开局选了25上限但是之后会有的ai国家会在某一时刻突然开始25变50再变100、200直到涨到1000
