Variable Values & Dwarven Animism

Description
The default civilizations now have variations in their cultural preferences and religion structure.

Features
For all civilizations except kobolds, values that were initially neutral will now vary from -30 to 30, the same variance humans have for cultural values.
1/5 of dwarven civilizations and 1/4 of human civilizations will instead worship a regional force, like how elves traditionally do.
1/5 of elven civilizations will follow a pantheon that includes the spheres of animals, trees, light, darkness, longevity and trickery.

Credits
This mod is public domain.
Putnam, for the obscure trivia that [RELIGION] can be specified multiple times to pick randomly
Hubert Robert, for The Old Temple (1787)[www.artic.edu], used in the preview.

Really great addition to the base game if you're interested having more varied storytelling opportunities, especially in legends mode. Probably the craziest thing I've seen is elves eating the bodies of sentient creatures they've killed in battle

A creature's personal values can affect their needs and/or emotional responses. For example, if your dwarven civ happens to value knowledge, then you'll more often get dwarves that want to study in a library.
I believe force worshippers will have less gods to worry about, but there's a bunch of religious conversion mechanics in worldgen so you'll probably still get some pantheistic influence.
Also, tavern brawls are often started by arguments over values. Since more civs have random values, there will be more conflict between members of different civilizations that share a founding species.

This seems really neat, how does it affect the civs in fortress mode?

This uses SELECT only.

Hey there, This looks great. Out of curiosity does this use 'CUT' or 'SELECT'? Hoping for the latter for compatibility sake.
