No Naval Sounds in Combat

Description
Ever since release of CK2 all combat sound is muffled by the sound of crashing waves, even though there is no naval combat.
This mod replaces the ship and sea sounds with empty files so the crashing waves stop playing during all combat.

Compatible (and needed) with ALL game versions and unlikely to ever break in any future patch.
