Been a while since last update. I am not 100% certain what the best approach is right now, it no longer feels like the entire item build is forced and best practice might very well be flexible item build now.

Regarding patch changes.
1) Lost the good facet - this has a huge negative impact because that facet mainly gave us a way to get mana in fights.
2) Gaining the bad facet naturally, this facet is terrible for Aghs-builds since it does not stack with aghs. It DOES have a small but noticeable change which is after 1-2 towers are gone you will oneshot rangecreeps with Q, this matters more than it seems at first sight.
3) Changing the source of damage on nether ward to Pugna.
- THIS is an insane buff, devs probably dont realize how busted this is. What it gives us is this:
* Spell lifesteal PASSIVELY in all fights. This matters when you get CCed or Nullified and cant protect yourself.
* Aghanim buff now affects nether ward meaning nether ward straight up doubles in damage. This is busted enough that the fight is over once you place ward, enemies simply cannot use spells under it.

For example, if you place nether ward and have the 100% mana buff a Skywrath Mage with 4k health will get oneshot.. TROUGH BKB (!).

NEUTRAL ITEMS:
Changes make it so we can 100% get our beloved 2x castrange enchantment.

Aghanims, Shard and Aether lense, brown boots are now the 4 items that is locked in every game.

TORMENTOR:
No longer able to solo it.






GENERAL THINGS TO MENTION:
Some games, depending on team compositions - you will learn this over time you can actually END the game very early. How to push base:
1) You with aether lense and pref a neutral cast range item will push tower/rax solo/in front.
2) Team stands behind you ready for a fight. Enemy MUST initiate you or lose rax. We build ourselves to survive this but team EITHER lets you die solo (supp dies not that important) OR they reinitiate if its good.

Pro gaming/High mmr (12k+):
Pugna is played VERY differently than how I play it. In my mind they play it wrong, they prefer the true-support playstyle of Glimmer Cape + Force Staff and heal allies. It is not wrong to do that but its also in my opinion not the best way to play pugna.
