Hitching Spot Breeding Fix

Description
Have you ever wondered why your animals stop feeling "groovy" when they aren't in a pen together? Me too!

This is a very light weight mod that allows animals to "have some lovin'" when tied to the caravan hitching post, this means that you no longer need a pen to ranch animals.

Who wanted this mod? Well it was me... Gpac1231.
Who did the code for this mod? The wonderful Taranchuk did!
Who made the sweet ass banner? My girlfriend, who is taking requests, message me if interested.

Please post any bugs or issues you find here in the comments, there are currently no incompatibilities but this may change.

tbh good question.. why animoo pawns dont breed or behave as one would expect like creating nests, burroughs, dens etc, avoid bad weather, (avoid dangers of all kinds even when lobotomized aka tamed and trained.) and when ropped to a hitching post. Does it really nerf their labidos? Almost feels like that's a feature then because you can still enclose wild and abandoned animals even if you cant always tame/claim them so hitching post time should be limited only for caravans?
