This achievement requires a specific method, especially for the 500-block chain. The other ones could be done easily. Here's how you do it:

(The original concept was developed by GeHeImSiNnIgE™ and I've just improved it)

Method:
  • Download this file[www.dropbox.com].
  • Go to the Folder where Tidalis is installed, then X:\...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Tidalis\RuntimeData\Logic\LevelFolders\My Puzzles, then paste the downloaded file there.
  • Open the game, go to Play > Puzzles > My Puzzles, and select "500-block Chain".
  • As soon as the level starts, immediately use one of your Flood items (right of the board) on one of the lower corner block, and watch the chain unfold.
  • If you think your chain is gonna be interrupted before reaching the 500 mark, use another Flood item on a non-activated block to keep the chain going longer (you can do this up to 4 times).
  • If the chain gets to 1000, the game kind of crashes. If it starts going way too close to that mark (above 750), just click every non-activated block you can! Don't use Flood in this occasion! It might take a while, but should help the chain finish sooner.
  • Make sure the chain stopped by itself before doing anything else.
  • After the chain has stopped, click the trophy icon above the Flood items to claim your achievement.
Stream Travel Distance
In Orbit!
Total Stream Travel Distance Of 2,000,000 pixels (low-earth orbit upper bound, in meters).

High Orbit!
Total Stream Travel Distance of 35,786,000 pixels (geosynchronous orbit, in meters).

To The Moon!
Total Stream Travel Distance of 384,000,000 pixels (distance from earth's surface to the moon, in meters).

These are the most time-consuming achievements. Luckily for us, we can do them idly. Here's how:

(Methods based in CtrlAltDestroy's guide found in AStats)

Method 1:
  • Download this file[www.dropbox.com].
  • Go to X:\...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Tidalis\RuntimeData\Logic\LevelFolders\My Puzzles, then paste the downloaded file there.
  • Open the game, go to Play > Puzzles > My Puzzles, and select "To the Moon!".
  • Just leave the game open and go do something else.
  • This level will award you 184,130 pixels of stream distance every 15 seconds.
  • Click the Flag or the Trophy on the top-right corner to claim the achievement.
  • You can check your progress by going to Main Menu > High Scores > Summary Stats > Total Stream Travel Distance.
Method 2:
  • This method requires a bit more work, but it's what you should do if you don't want to download the file for any reasons
  • Open the game, go to Editors > Level Editor > My Puzzles > New
  • On Edit Level Details, give your level a name and check only Brainteaser and Frenzy, and save.
  • Create a board like this (you don't need to set any objectives!):
  • Click "Save" (you receive a Notice if you really saved).
  • Go back to the Main Menu, then choose Play > Puzzles > My Puzzles, and select the puzzle you've just created.
Method to Getting Most Achievements
This method works for almost every achievement, except for the 500 Blocks in a Single Chain. It's also not the best way to get the Stream Travel Achievements. Obviously, it also doesn't work for story-related or win/lose achievements. The best part is that you can do it idly. Let's get to it!

Method 1:
  • Download this file[www.dropbox.com].
  • Go to X:\...\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Tidalis\RuntimeData\Logic\LevelFolders\My Puzzles, then paste the downloaded file there.
  • Open the game, then pick High Scores > Summary Stats, check the number in Total Blocks Cleared (block clearing usually takes longer than the others) and write it down.
  • If this number is above 90,000, skip this step. If not, go to Editors > Level Editor > My Puzzles > Combo & Clearing > Edit Level Objectives > Clear 10000 Blocks. Then deduce that number you wrote down from 100,000 (eg. your number is 65,000. 100k - 65k = 35k), input this result under "Required Clear Count" (no commas or points!). Then, click "Save Objective", then "Save", then "Save" again on the main editing screen (you should get a Notice for the last Save).
  • Go back to the Main Menu, then choose Play > Puzzles > My Puzzles, and select "Combo & Clearing".
  • Set up a long starting chain, preferably that goes through all columns, but don't make it so it will clear the whole board
  • Watch it unfold or go do something else. You might wanna check from time to time to make sure it's still going.
  • Click the Flag or the Trophy on the top-right corner to claim the achievements.
(note: I chose Clear 10000 Blocks as the standard objective because it's more than enough to get all achievements except for clearing 100k blocks)

Method 2:
  • This method requires a bit more work, but it's what you should do if you don't want to download the file for any reasons
  • Open the game, then pick High Scores > Summary Stats, check the number in Total Blocks Cleared (block clearing usually takes longer than the others) and write it down.
  • Go to Editors > Level Editor > My Puzzles > New.
  • On Edit Level Details, give your level a name and check only Zen, and save.
  • On Block Frequencies, make sure everything is set to 0, except for one of the colors (either Red, Cyan, Green, Magenta, Blue or Yellow), that should be set to 400.
  • On Edit Level Objectives, select "New" under "Special Win Objectives". Then, choose "Total Block Clear Count".
  • Now you'll have to deduce that number you wrote down from 100,000 (eg. your number is 65,000. 100k - 65k = 35k), input this result* under "Required Clear Count" (no commas or points!). Then, click "Save Objective", then "Save", then "Save" again on the main editing screen (you should get a Notice for the last Save).
*If your result is less than 10000, leave it at 10000 to ensure you'll get all other achievements
  • Go back to the Main Menu, then choose Play > Puzzles > My Puzzles, and select the puzzle you've just created.

Apparently not everyone is listed but on the http://astats.astats.nl/astats/Steam_Game_Info.php?AppID=40420 the story related achievements with guides attach give specific level to beat for each achievement.

Thanks for the tip about the language, I'll fix it right away!

About the other thing (story-related achievements), do you have a link to the guide, so I can add them without having to reinstall the game and manually search for them? Thank you!

Oh and you might want to mark your guide as "english" as if you don't, it's harder to find this guide.

Thank you for this guide. IT helped me knock out the remaining achievements. One request would be to get the level for each story related quest to help people find which level they skipped.

I believe CtrlAltDestroy's guide has it. (at least the individual achievements do)
