How to get a better aim in 5 minutes ( literally )

Position

Take a moment and look at how you are sitting....Probably bad.

You should stand with your back "glued" to your chair and straight, trust me this causes you to miss a lot of shots.

This is why pro players invest $10K in a DESK

Not only should you sit straight but also you need to have a desk that is not too high or too low for you.

Generally you should make a 90° angle with your elbows and you should be able to put them on the desk.

The reason is that not only now you ulocked your full arm but you also allow your arms to rest.

So 90° angle with elbows and rest them on the desk

Stretch

Before starting to train your aim or playing a game you should stretch your arms.

High Intensity trainings tend to harden your muscles, cause damage to your articulations so be careful and stretch.

I am wrist aimer and I remember doing the reflex flick 360 with multiple targets and I just rotate around the area to quickly find the targets. This made my right arm shredded.

It should be far enough so you see all the screen and also protect your eyes at the same time.

Btw, how far should be a monitor and in whitch position relative to eyes?
