thanks, thats an interesting suggestion but I wonder if its benefits are limited since the decentralized countries dont do nearly as much as the centralized ones. On the other hand if you merge them together end up fighting huuge revolts that span almost the entire continent in africa and you may even have to fight revolts you dont have full access to, so for the most part I think they are fine
You're right, it was another mod that merges cultures. This one is fine.
@mirlong you may want to use the game rules that disable the consolidation in areas where your colonies are! Ie disable it for North Africa and west Africa.
Like im not playing with consolidation on for Germany when playing Germany either.
