A summary of available launch options for Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore (as of patch v1.2.0).

Summary

The final patch for Arzette includes a number of launch options for Steam users. These are intended for advanced users only. Support will NOT be given to users who play the game with launch options enabled.

Enable launch options by right-clicking the game, choosing "Properties...", going to the "General" tab, and entering launch options in the box labeled as such. Enter each launch option exactly as written, with a dash (-) in front of the option.

Skip Intro

-skipintro

Will skip the introductory videos.

Force Window Mode

-forcewindow

Forces the game to use windowed mode, even if fullscreen is enabled in-game (or playing on the Steam Deck).

Pre-load Assets

-preload

Will pre-load the game’s assets. Functions the same as using preload.txt in your install directory.

Disable Music Playback

-nomusic

Will disable music playback for the game.

Debug Mode

-debug

Launches the game in debug mode. This special mode was used to test Arzette during development. Achievements are disabled when using this mode, as well as the game pausing when focus is lost. Use at your own risk - bugs, crashes, and save game corruption is possible when using this mode.

Here are all of the debug functions:

Numpad - Use the 4,8,6,2 keys to move Arzette around in noclip mode.
F4 - Toggle engine debug window.
F5 - Level selector. Enter a room name to warp to.
F6 - Object spawner. Enter an object to spawn in the world by Arzette.
F7 - Global variable modifier. Modify a global variable at runtime.

F9 - Warp backwards through the level list.
F10 - Warp forwards through the level list.
F11 - Debug screenshot mode. Will dump screenshots to the local directory (where saves are stored).

Esc - Forcibly closes the game.
R - Forcibly restarts the game.
G - Grants Arzette infinite health.
Y - Toggles level collision visibility.
H - Dispels darkness if Arzette is in a dark room.
K - Kills Arzette instantly.
O - Restores health.
P - Gives you maximum consumable resources.
Controller left stick click - Warps to the results screen instantly.
Controller right stick click - Gives you maximum consumable resources (and restores health).
