I don't really understand your question and what exactly you want, but I will give a general answer.
The black market contains not very rare weapon skins.
Usually, you won't be able to buy a bundle for cheap, but sometimes you can find quite rare items there.
With your amount of blood bonds, the best choice is to get an event pass. You will spend 1000 bb, some of which will be returned after the full passage of the bp - 500 for sure, but it will be more like ~600. This means that you will get 2 hunter skins, 12 unique skins for weapons and supplies (including a crossbow), several trinkets and early access to new weapons, and all for 400bb. But you will have to complete all the tasks every week (usually it takes up to 10 hours a week).
But you should also know that you won't be able to buy Bomb Lance right now - this item is quite unique and will only be available in the bundle.

i need a skin for crossbow (as example myth killer), lemat mark 2, bomb lance. except for these which has the most niche skins to go for? i have 900 blood bonds, should i wait for a Bundle to drop or go for the black market because its on discount?
