How to make Zoonomaly less frustrating and more enjoyable

I've seen a lot of reviews talking about how the game is frustrating. I agree at times it can be frustrating but I found this trick that makes the game easier to enjoy. If this guide helped feel free to like the guide!

Save States

You can actually use save states in the game! While it may be an oversight by the developer, I think it should be added to the full game.

To save your game hit "esc" and select the save option. This is pretty easy to do.



Once you've saved your game you can load it by going to the main menu and select the load option.



Again pretty easy stuff. If you need to load a save go to the main menu and load it from there. Its a little tedious at times but it helped me enjoy the game more during my playthrough.

I think making this a full feature and being able to save multiple save's at the same time would help the game be less frustrating and enjoyable for players. I still enjoyed this game and as a fan of LIGHTS ARE OFF I think its fantastic for a first release from a solo developer. I look forward to future projects!
