Description

Makes electricity produced by power plants not local, but not tradable, now compatible with other mods that edits electricity good.

Not tradable means it will make the good show up as banned on the world market.

Updated for 1.12 using the new inject system, this means it should now also be compatible with other mods that edit the electricity good. Load order still matters if they also change the same values.
