why the weird F180 main category ?

v 0.97 very good

I too have issues driving the cars, with auto clutch on the rev's just blip and with it off the rev's drop off as soon as you hit full throttle, undrivable for me, look great though.

Thanks, Chief. I understand, many people want it to be as realistic as possible. But it's not a real car; it will work better in real life. Thanks for your work.

@Luprox We’ve already discussed this in our league. It’s a nice feature when driving, but useless for getting the car moving. We’ll be changing it back.

Sorry, after version 0.96 the mod is very difficult to drive for me.

The automatic transmission mode is practically unusable.

In manual mode, if you put it in 1st gear and give it a little gas, the RPMs drop immediately from the midpoint onwards. No forward movement is possible.

If you start manually in 2nd gear, it works, but unfortunately, when shifting up, the RPMs drop and you end up in turbo lag.

thanks for the info, I already drive them like that but I'll pay more attention to my shifting, was also a problem for standing start but just gonna adapt my clutch management

@lempereurdinok You have to drive the car like they did in 1984.
Take your foot off the throttle when shifting – if the revs get too high, it behaves like a missed shift.

don't know if it's since last update but the turbo pressure cut off when you hit max revs, making the engine drop most of its power
