2.1 How to get back into Cynosure after Phantom Liberty

This is how you can get back into Cynosure facility and grab the Erebus and Militech Canto Mk. 6 crafting specs if you were too busy panicking to loot anything... or if you chose a different quest path.

The only hard requirement is double jump.
