Extended Melee Skin Pack

Description
Crashing your game with rng and extension mods since 2020.

Adds from 1 to 3 new skin variants to all melee weapons to spawn randomly each playthrough.
Some skins are made by the community, some others are made by me.

With new overhauled code by Manacat!
Inspired by RF's RNG TLS Skin VScript mod.

No Camera Shake version by Gary

Features:
- Each melee you find has a chance to use a random skin. You will see random skins even in the same level.
- From 2 to 4 skins for each melee weapon, 31 new, 47 in total.
- The skin of the weapon you picked up will be saved to the next chapters.
- Default and TLS skins remain untouched, so those are still reskin compatible.
- Some UVmap and worldmodel fixes.

Notes:
- Not compatible with remodels or re-animations since the skins are added via skingroups.
- Skin pack will be activated in your local server or community server where the skin pack is used only.
- Manacat's script add-ons have the effect of activating the RNG of the skin packs. Joined player's skin packs will be activated on servers that use Manacat's scripts, even if the host doesn't use this skin pack.

Known issues:
Incomplete compatibility with some Survivor AI scripts, like Left 4 Bots 1. This is because the scripts were developed to exchange items such as molotovs, pipe bombs, and first aid kits without considering whether the supplies have skin.
When holding a defibrillator in the third person model, the skin is not applied to the model attached to the back. This is a fundamentally unfixable problem unless we can use sourcemod's setTransmit.

This having bloody chainsaw compatibility alongside the HQ animated model is incredible. Would be cool if it also used cuba's l4d2 styled knife animations
