Disable Intro Logos and Movies

A really simple guide that tells you how to disable all Intro Logos and Movies which are unskippable during game startup.
This will start the game instantly to the main menu.

How-To

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\The Bureau\XGame\Config folder (The game folder directory will depends on where you install Steam and the game itself), find the file called XEngine.ini and open it with any notepad program (Recommend Notepad++).

Search (or use Ctrl+F) to find the term: StartupMovies.
Add ; at the start of each of the 5 lines.
The final result should look like this:
;StartupMovies=XCOM-Legal_PCConsole
;StartupMovies=XCOM-NVIDIA_PCConsole
;StartupMovies=XCOM-Unreal
;StartupMovies=XCOM-2KLogo
;StartupMovies=XCOM-Loading

@ArtyomGR: Well, it could have been worse. Around 14 years ago, before Interplay went broke, someone came up with the bright idea of adding an entire unskippable two-minute trailer for one of their OTHER games. (Fortunately, you only had to watch it when you installed a game.)
