On Dark Terms Tutorial Dev Guide

Hey everyone! I wanted to make a video for new players, interested players, and anyone who might be looking for a Video reference to starting out with On Dark Terms.

In 0.1.3 I released a new Training System that breaks up the learning experience into "Tutorial" and "Practice" that allows players to choose their pace on how they would like to learn.
