How did you get the 217 decal?

@Dusan something I do like to point out... I wouldn't stick too much to the Tiers as the game keeps changing and vehicles keeps moving up or down(mostly down) in the Tiers... so it would less likely to get this out of up to date state.

a shame no one takes the time to do this kind of stuff for their vehicles , historical decal placements are so badass, especially the historical/semihistorical skins alr on WT. Nice guide, keep it up
