It's a mod where all players are Rubicks, but if they had same spells it would be boring right? So, you have one ability to rule them all, use it to bring down Zeus's lightnings or land someone on Pudge's hook or ... you can return damage using Spectre's Dispersion that's for Random to decide.

Spell list mostly contains DOTA abilities, but there's also few new spells and items.

The custom game is currently not in the best shape.

Over time, several serious issues have piled up: the original map sources were lost, which means I can’t edit them the way I’d like; Valve’s updates regularly break previously stable code; and the internal logic of abilities requires extensive testing and debugging.

Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to work on the project as deeply as before. To truly bring the custom game back to life, it would be better to rebuild it from scratch. If anyone has the desire and energy to continue developing the mod, feel free to reach out via my profile — I’d be more than glad.
