Zippy's Active Ragdolls
Makes so that NPCs can temporarily enter a ragdoll state when hurt.

Features
- Lots of configuration
- Ragdolls respond to damage as you would expect, the NPC can be killed in the ragdoll state!
- Works with VJ Base now!
- Smooth transition from ragdoll back to NPC

whenever i kick someone and they enter a ragdoll state, it doesn't push them as hard as I expected them to
idk if it's a mod that i installed that conflicts with this or something
